Returns

While we hope all our customers are fully satisfied with their orders, as garments are printed to order we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing fault.

Sadly this means that if you order an incorrect size or in the unlikely event that you aren’t completely satisfied with the product or if you simply change your mind after your purchase that we will not be able to offer a return or exchange. 

Should you find an item you’ve purchased from us develops a fault out with reasonable wear and tear within 28 days of delivery we may be able to offer a refund. If a fault develops between 28 days and 12 months of delivery we may be able to offer a replacement. In either instance a refund or replacement will only be offered pending photographic confirmation of the fault, or in some cases we may require you to post the garment back to us at your own expense. If we can confirm the garment is faulty we may be able to reimburse your additional shipping cost for your return pending proof of the cost of shipping. If we cannot identify a manufacturing fault unfortunately we will not be able to offer a refund or a replacement for the item, we will however return your original garment to you. 

In any case, while we are confident in your satisfaction with your purchase we encourage you to get in touch if you aren’t completely happy with your garment even if you aren’t eligible for a refund and we will try where possible to take your feedback back into account in future.
